The headquarters of the organization are located at the outskirts of Masaka town in Masaka District.  It operates in Masaka Diocese, in four Districts (i.e. Masaka, Ssembabule, Rakai and Lyantonde). The operational area is predominantly rural and poor, with high rates of HIV (12% prevalence) and large numbers of people infected and affected by HIV and AIDS who are the beneficiaries. The most vulnerable include PLHA, orphans & other vulnerable children (approximately 1m orphans) and widows among others etc.
